The company is guided by Robert W. (Bob) Schafer, whose 40+ year career includes leadership roles on six continents and recognition as one of the few individuals to have led both U.S. and Canadian national mining organizations. Alongside him is Edward F. (Ted) Posey, founding President of Lundin Mining, who oversaw its transformation into a major international producer through landmark discoveries and acquisitions in Europe and beyond.

Building on this foundation of global expertise, Stuart Burgess and Crystal Burgess—Co-Founders of Burgex Mining Consultants—bring a proven record of innovation and execution. Together, they have delivered thousands of exploration and development projects, pioneering technologies like the Mineralocity platform and advancing new approaches to data-driven exploration and market intelligence.
